This style is called gyō sho, a cursive style of writing. We posted the kaisho style of this character here before.
Compared to the kaisho style, the starting point and the end of each stroke don’t look sharp but strokes should not appear weak.
Referring to the kaisho style, which is basic, find which part should be accentuated and which lines are just connectors.
