Are Shimasu and simasu and Shinasi and Sinasi
different forms of the same word? As always for me very confusing, the multiple words for a character.

Sorry for making you confused. They are the same, but I should have used one way of spelling for each word. Shimasu and shinasai are preferred spellings. I appreciate your comment.
